Login & account access
Use the secure login link from your latest account email. The password is only needed for future manual sign-ins.
Certificates
Completed certificates are available in your account. Business users can manage team certificates from the Certificates area.
Practical assessments
Manual Handling and Working at Heights require a short practical video before certification.
Course keys
Business course keys can be kept in Packages and assigned when needed. Unused keys do not expire before activation.
Business dashboard
Enrol staff, bulk enrol, track progress, manage course access and keep certificates together without a subscription.
Pricing & bundles
Volume pricing applies automatically for larger business purchases. The approved five-course Bundle is €120 total.

How quickly is a Manual Handling practical video reviewed?
Practical videos are normally reviewed during working hours, often within 10–60 minutes. Once approved, the certificate can be issued immediately.
Do business course keys expire?
Unused business course keys do not expire before activation, so companies can buy training in advance and assign it later.
Is there a subscription for the Business Account?
No. The Business Account and dashboard do not have a monthly or annual subscription fee.
Can I enrol many employees at once?
Yes. The Business Account supports both single-employee registration and bulk enrolment.
Where do I find certificates?
Learners can access completed certificates from their account. Business users can access team certificates from the Certificates section.
I received a secure login email. Do I need to type the password?
No. For immediate access, use the secure “Log in to my account” button. The password is for future manual sign-ins.
