Payment declines are usually decided by your bank. We recommend contacting your bank directly to find the reason, then trying again. If it persists, email [email protected].
If you have not yet completed your course, you can request a refund at any time and we'll process it promptly. Once a course is completed and a certificate issued, a refund can only be provided if the certificate is cancelled and the training record removed.
